Everything had been slow lately; the farm and money included. Brent needed a new edged, something that would increase things. He heard about farmers who were rearing alpacas and selling their wool because it was more expensive then sheep’s wool.
Brent thought he’d give it ago. How difficult could it be to look after six or so alpacas? They were like big sheep, right? He brought some from another farm and also from a rescue centre.
Things improved. There was a good market for luxury wool and Brent knew he had made the right choice.
