The weather forecast says there’s a hurricane coming, so please make sure you stock up when you go to the store. Also, board up everything you can and I’ll see you tomorrow night.
Don’t open this til your birthday, unless you are upset and need to cheer up, but try and hold out as long as you can. It’s a special gift and I hope each time you hold him you remember me.
The library is closing down so I’ve gone to see what books they are giving away. If I could I’d bring everything home but since the house already looks like a library I’ll try hard to just pick the best books. I promise!
My daughter is gone. Perhaps, that’s for the best. Ever since that day nothing has been the same. I told my wife, she doesn’t care. I would leave too, but I can’t bring myself to do it.

He found a yellow post it note stuck to floor. Thinking it had just fallen off his desk, he picked it up and placed it next to his laptop. Then he saw something written on the other side, bleeding though. Turning the note over, he read an idea for a story which he had no memory of writing down.
A new year, a new start and all that. But why bother if you are all ready who you want to be?
She studied her list and checked it twice. Who else did she need to buy Christmas presents for now? Circling the names, she went on the internet and searched for hours. However, she only manged to cross a few more people off. Shopping online had it’s draw backs too.
